USB-Link 2
The next-generation automotive interface from NEXIQ Technologies. Reliable and durable, the new USB-Link™ 2 is five times faster than its predecessor. It has sixteen times more RAM than the older USB-Link and supports higher bus loads on simultaneous channels.
The Bluetooth module supports wireless communication with an increased data transfer rate (500 kbps J1939). For even greater reliability, we’ve upgraded the USB connector to a more robust automotive connector with a locking mechanism. USB-Link 2 is compatible with a wide range of OEM applications.
USB-Link™ 2 comes with the following:
- USB Cable with Latch (PN 404032)
- 9-Pin Deutsch Adapter, 1 Meter (PN 493128)
- J1962 Adapter (16-Pin OBD II, 1 Meter (PN 493113)
Note: For best results, Class 1 Bluetooth® USB adapters (100 m range) are recommended. Class 1 adapters are recommended due to their longer operating range. See PN 405001 in the accessory list below.
USB-Link™ 2 is also available with Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi version: PN 124034
