Brake Disc Wear Measurement
LASER EXAMINER makes checking brake disc wear quick and easy without removing the wheel.
Thanks to the probe’s built-in magnet, all you need to do is place it on the disc.

When you press the button, it projects a laser beam across the disc. A further click captures the image, which is analyzed by a micro-camera.

LASER EXAMINER processes measurements in real time and compares them to a specified minimum value.
The comparison is both numerical and visual, giving the mechanic an instant assessment.

Ergonomic design

use in conjunction with the LASER EXAMINER. A mechanic can quickly perform an objective inspection of the “wheel system” thanks to a simple and intuitive graphical interface.

The menu is divided into three functions: wheel, tire, and quick check. By accessing the quick check, a mechanic can quickly check wheel and tread wear, which is especially useful during vehicle registration to give the customer a clear picture of the car’s condition when they arrive at the garage. A full report can be printed for sharing with the customer.
