TEXA RC2

TEXA RC2 is an electronic system for measuring engine speed and temperature. With a magnetic housing, allowing it to be attached to the hood or side members for easy testing, the RC2 offers two engine speed measurement modes: a microphone and a residual battery capacity signal, or alternatively, inductive sensors and piezoelectric sensors.

Both the emissions analysis modules and the RC2 and RC3 modules are separate units from MULTI PEGASO and can communicate with the latter without the use of connecting cables. However, once the test is complete, they can be quickly and easily attached to the trolley for maximum space savings.
