The DAF EURO 6 SCR Emulator is designed for trucks equipped with the latest generation of DAF SCR systems (EURO 6). This is the latest generation of our truck SCR emulators, and it is made only for standard EURO 6 trucks. As we mentioned earlier, it is compatible with DAF. The device works the same as the previous generations of EURO 4 and EURO 5 emulators, but this one has completely new software and features.

It can shut off all components of the EURO 6 SCR system, such as the SCR DEF dosing pump (which pumps diesel exhaust fluid like AdBlue into the selective catalytic reduction system), catalytic heaters, exhaust NOx sensors, exhaust temperature sensors, and the DPF (diesel particulate filter).

The EURO 6 SCR emulator can control the diesel fuel injection process if DPF regeneration is initiated. This emulator completely solves problems related to engine power, torque loss, or speed limitation, as it can appear on trucks with a damaged or disabled SCR EURO 6 system. There will be no DTCs, no additional exhaust smoke, and you can be confident that the transmission will operate normally without going into limp mode.
