CD400 tachograph programmers are designed for testing, calibrating, and configuring control devices (tachographs) when installed on vehicles. The device determines the vehicle characteristic coefficient (W) and the tachograph coefficient (K), and can be used as a speed simulator for tachographs when checking the speedometer and odometer.
