NOTE: This is not a NOx sensor emulator. It is an AdBlue emulator that simulates your vehicle’s entire AdBlue system. With this emulator, you can simulate all components connected to the exhaust system, such as the pump’s floating temperatures.
If you only want to simulate your vehicle’s NOx sensors…
1 YEAR WARRANTY
Ford Trucks introduced the flagship Ford F-Max series, which will be used for long-haul applications in 2019. It features high engine power and a large interior.
The Ford F-Max series was produced with the Euro 6 emissions system, as is the case with all heavy-duty trucks produced after 2016. It has an AdBlue pump, like other Euro 6 and NOx systems. It included a multi-sensor system based on a sensor and three exhaust gas temperature sensors.
Consequently, these systems were subject to degradation caused by both difficult road conditions and overload. This exhaust system, which is more sensitive and fails faster than other vehicle components, has begun to overcharge users for spare parts.
Frequently failing NOx sensors and AdBlue pumps render the vehicle inoperable and cause serious damage, including lost time and money. In addition to the cost of replacing these sensors, repair times are long.
exra has begun to incur losses for users.
At Sail Technology, we have developed simulation systems that we’ve been developing for many years, including all NOx sensors, the AdBlue pump, and the differential pressure sensor, along with a unique product for the Ford F-Max series.
We’ve cleared all errors related to the particulate filter, regeneration, and exhaust system, and are offering a Ford F-Max AdBlue removal kit for sale.
The Ford F-Max AdBlue removal emulator connects to the vehicle using four cables. Once the AdBlue cancellation emulator is connected to your vehicle, your AdBlue fluid level will be fixed at 75%, and your vehicle will
simulate the NOx, DPF, AdBlue pump, and the entire exhaust system. Your vehicle will not use AdBlue fluid after this process. The entire exhaust system is also disconnected from the vehicle.
After this process, your vehicle’s emissions systems will function properly. You will never receive any errors from devices such as the DPF, NOx, float, urea heater, or urea pump.
KEEP YOUR VEHICLE UP-TO-DATE.
After the Ford F-Max AdBlue cancellation process, no software changes will occur in your vehicle, unlike after AdBlue cancellation using software. You can get all updates from authorized service centers,
and your vehicle will stay up-to-date with the latest innovations. Because authorized service updates are constantly improving fuel economy, safety, and component lifespan, your vehicle is equipped with up-to-date software.
Not having it means wasting time and money.
REGENERATION IN YOUR HANDS
After connecting the Ford F-Max Adblue emulator, you can leave your DPF filter original and let the car regenerate automatically, or you can complete it manually.
However, by draining or replacing the DPF, you can ensure your vehicle won’t regenerate in the next period. And you’ll prevent fuel loss during regeneration. This feature is typically used to prevent you from having to stay on the road in the event of damage to the 7th injector.
