The Doosan DPF Emulator is a device that completely removes the DPF system from your Doosan vehicle. With this emulator, you can clear all DPF errors from your vehicle. You can even completely remove the DPF to relax the vehicle’s exhaust system.
Doosan is a major engine manufacturer. As such, it has a wide range of forklifts and work vehicles. This forklift series includes two models that use AdBlue® fluid instead of AdBlue®.
Troubleshooting the exhaust system of Doosan models equipped with a DPF only is very simple.
The Doosan DPF emulator emulates the Temperature 1, Temperature 2, Temperature 3, and DPF differential pressure sensors. Using a Doosan DPF emulator is a quick and reliable solution. The Doosan Exhaust Temperature Sensor 1, Exhaust Temperature Sensor 2, and Exhaust Temperature Sensor 3 are easily distorted because they are located on the exhaust. Failure of any one of these components will result in a loss of torque from your vehicle.
A Doosan DPF failure will limit vehicle torque and lead to vehicle failure.
A Doosan pressure sensor error can often be caused by errors caused by an overloaded DPF in your vehicle. Using a Doosan DPF emulator eliminates vehicle torque limitation, reducing time, costs, and labor.
