The device allows for high-speed diagnostics and programming of electronic control units (ECUs) in Volvo VERSION 2 trucks (2002 and newer). Programming of Volvo trucks from 1998 and earlier is performed at standard speed.
Premium Tech Tool (PTT) is diagnostic software designed for testing, calibrating, and programming vehicle parameters. Many functions in modern vehicles are controlled by electronic control units (ECUs). The primary purpose of PTT is to make the diagnostic and repair process easier for technicians. PTT provides access to parameter programming, service information, and diagnostics. PTT Development mode gives you more access, diagnostic, and parameter programming rights. To program all possible parameters, you can use the Developer Tool software.

Dev2tool is dealer-level software for accessing and programming second and third-level modules without connecting to central servers.
Works with Tech Tool software (VCADs Pro) in both normal and developer modes. Supports 28 languages.
Programs over 10,000 different parameters
Programs the speed limit, changes the chassis ID, disables the immobilizer
Changes minimum/maximum values, for example, increases the speed limit
