Twin Probe is a TEXA tool for collecting analog and digital measurements required for all traditional diagnostic tests.
It comes at a lower price than its “big brother,” the UNIProbe, but both share outstanding practicality and accuracy for all vehicle maintenance operations.

TwinProbe communicates with all TEXA viewers or with a Windows PC via USB or Bluetooth technology, giving the mechanic complete freedom of movement around the vehicle and workshop.
The tool can be controlled by IDC5 or MSS (Measurement System Software) software when used on a PC.
OSCILLOSCOPE

TwinProbe is an oscilloscope with two independent analog channels for inputs up to ±200 V, complete with the SIV (Signal Information Display) function for interpreting measured signals.
The SIV function guides you through the entire testing procedure. TwinProbe not only displays the signal but, while taking measurements and acquiring data, simultaneously processes and analyzes the information to provide real-time evaluation. TwinProbe can process signals from various sensors and actuators and compare the acquired data with values ​​stored in an internal database, immediately highlighting any signal anomalies.

SIGNAL GENERATOR

The practical TwinProbe signal generator is ideal for simulating sensor input signals and signals transmitted by the ECU to control actuators such as solenoids, for detecting and analyzing system faults.

AMMETER

TwinProbe can also be used to measure current. An optional BICOR clamp-on ammeter is required to enable the TwinProbe to perform these tests.
MEASUREMENT SYSTEM SOFTWARE

Easy access to the TwinProbe’s amazing features is provided by the MSS (Measurement System Software), developed by TEXA specifically for this device, and the complete IDC5 software platform.

The SIV (Signal Information Viewer) function deserves special mention. It uses a software algorithm developed specifically by TEXA to compare received data with values ​​stored in an internal database. Therefore, unusual signals can be identified instantly, making your work faster and easier than ever.
