The most convenient way to install the CAN module (emulator) is on the AdBlue Delivery Module (A808) connector. This is why the CAN module is in a time-tested, sealed design. Also, before starting work, pay attention to the AdBlue pump module. Typically, the system will begin purging within 15 minutes of turning off the engine. From the pump to the injector, AdBlue fluid drains into the muffler, and from the pump to the tank, it drains back into the tank. This empties the system. Therefore, to maintain the SCR system in good working order, it is strongly recommended to wait until the pump has run down.
